For all you car enthusiasts out there keeping tabs on the goings on of the Geneva Auto Show the show runs from March 5th through the 15th. While we can't all attend, the official website as well as the popularity of social media sites such as Twitter can give you a glimpse of the action without the expensive plane ticket.
Some of the most anticipated moments involve the unveiling of new models and innovation. To check out some of the cars and technology being unveiled click here. There is also a time-line of vehicles that have had their premiere at the show since 1905 with some excellent images! Also, in keeping with current trends iPhone users and others can get updates on their phone.
There are also a number or organizations who have individuals at the show. Car manufacturers and others in the industry are broadcasting updates from the show floor. For example, Edmund's will have people covering the high points of the show, including sharing news and photos, and the CarConnection Twitter feed has links commentary from the show. Also, Twitter users @skymotoring and @joesimpson has been twittering and uploading pictures all morning.
Thanks to a realm of new communications tools we now have the opportunity to check a representative from Ford or BMW's candid pictures from the show floor or read commentary and reactions about a new concept car from someone at Edmund's moments after the unveiling. While not quite the same as being there yourself, it's definitely a close second.
How is everyone else getting their updates from the show?
